Teacher Baseline Salary Grant - Program application is open through August 18, 2025. Qualifying local education agencies (LEAs) can apply for grant funds to boost teacher salary levels to a baseline amount of $40,000. LEAs may also use this grant to increase baseline salaries to $46,000 for teachers with a master’s degree in an academic teaching field directly related to the teacher’s assignment and at least 10 years of public school experience (e.g., step 11 or greater).
