MoASBO's Women Leadership Program is an interactive year-long program designed exclusively for women in educational leadership roles!  This program offers a transformative journey for women school leaders and individuals aspiring to leadership roles in their district.

The Women's Executive Institute: Bold Leadership for Influence, Impact & Integrity:

Program Format:

• Seven virtual sessions - 60 minutes each
• Two in-person sessions - 60 minutes each
• LeaderPass Congruent Leader micro-lessons + executive tools
