MoASBO Welcomes New Board President and New Board Members

The Missouri Association of School Business Officials (MoASBO) is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors and the appointment of its 2026–2027 Board President.

Leading the organization this year is Dr. Luke Boyer, who will serve as Board President. Dr. Boyer brings a strong commitment to public education, collaborative leadership, and advancing the school business profession. As Board President, he will work alongside the Board of Directors to support MoASBO's mission of providing exceptional professional development, advocacy, and networking opportunities for Missouri's school business officials.

MoASBO also welcomes two newly elected members to the Board of Directors:

  • Aaron Hooper, Independence School District 30
  • Jennifer Milligan, Fulton School District 58

These accomplished school business leaders bring valuable experience and diverse perspectives that will help strengthen the association and support its continued growth. Their leadership will play an important role in guiding MoASBO as it continues to serve school finance and operations professionals across the state.

The MoASBO Board of Directors is composed of school business professionals from across Missouri who volunteer their time and expertise to advance the profession and support the association's strategic initiatives.

Please join us in congratulating Dr. Luke Boyer, Aaron Hooper, and Jennifer Milligan as they begin their new leadership roles with MoASBO.
