Dear Colleagues,
 
It's been a month since our latest in-person event, and since my last blog update in January, MoASBO has demonstrated its dedication, flexibility, and creative spirit through various learning opportunities, innovative programming, and ongoing partnerships, among many other accomplishments. Check out why MoASBO is the Place to Go:  
 
Three MoASBO professional development programs will accept applications starting July 1. 

Watch for more details in the coming month.
  • The School Operations Academy (SOA) - Whether you are new to a position in  school business, have recently taken on new responsibilities, or are looking to broaden your scope for career advancement, the MoASBO School Operations Academy is your one-stop shop for an introduction to critical areas of school operations. This is a year-long program.  
  • The School Business Specialist (SBS) certification program - This program is designed to train support staff members for success. Only 35 applicants will be accepted for this two-year program. 
  • The Leadership Institute - This interactive year-long program offers a transformative journey for school leaders and individuals aspiring to leadership roles in their district. The Institute covers topics essential to developing a deep understanding of the leadership role of a successful CFO, director, manager, or administrator. This program is also valuable for new administrative leaders (superintendents and assistant superintendents).
