D2E Health Plans was co-founded in 2013 by Beth Johnson and Deke Lape as a division of Mitchell Insurance. Mitchell Insurance was founded in 1948, with Beth and Deke being the third generation to work in the family business. The D2E Team works with these partners to “unbundle” a group’s health plan, identify the goal of the group for their plan, and rebuild a plan that creates employee benefit stability while placing cost control measures to ensure the plan is working efficiently for the employer.

The D2E team recognizes that the health care industry is fluid and constantly changing. What worked 12 months ago may no longer be a feasible solution.
