This annual conference and expo provides professional learning and networking for school business officials. Activities include educational sessions that cover timely issues that impact Missouri school finance, a keynote speaker, countless networking opportunities and the latest services in school business.

Our 2024-25 exhibitor levels are structured on a benefit-driven tiered system - allowing you to choose a level based on your needs. *All vendors must become a partner of MoASBO to exhibit at 2025 Spring Conference.

All business partnerships/ sponsorship cannot be transferred and are not refundable or prorated.

There are three categories of sponsorship packages; “add ons” to sponsorship packages, and “a la carte” options from which you can choose. These different categories allow you to select the one that lets you promote your business in a way that fits your marketing plan and budget.

Gold: $5,000

Sponsor Level	Gold Level
Registration Attendance	Free registration for two at the Spring Conference
Meals	Meal package for two people in your company
Keynote	Keynote Speaker Sponsor *Sponsor is introduced at lunch
Table Sponsor	Table reserved for invited clients during Keynote lunch
Promotion and Recognition:	Website, PowerPoint presentations, signage, conference App
Website	Listed on keynote speaker page
Windgate Hall	Exhibit table

"A la carte" (can be purchased by a Premier, Executive, Base Plus or Base partners or added to a sponsorship package purchased by Base partners.)

Add-on Item (can be purchased by a Premier, Executive, Base Plus, or Base partners who have purchased a sponsorship package.)

All sponsorship fees are non-refundable. Registration for a sponsorship package and/or a la carte items indicates commitment for payment due before the event.
