2023 President’s Student Scholarship  

MoASBO announced the President’s Student Scholarship is Pattonville High School senior Matthew Jacobi.  

Matthew can be described as a dedicated, hardworking, and inspiring individual. Matthew is school newspaper editor-in-chief, National Scholastic Press Association contest awardee, published author for National High School Journalism Association, and an accomplished piano player.  

He plans to attend University of Missouri in the fall. 

This $2,000 scholarship goes to a student from the current president’s school district. Funds for the scholarship are provided from interest earned on the perpetual President's Scholarhip investment, supplemented by the MoASBO general fund. 

Selection Process: All scholarship forms will be submitted to the Recognition Committee for review. The awardee will be asked to submit their biography and to provide a brief description of future education plans.
